- Bookings are on a first-come, first-serve basis and can only be availed with a prior appointment.
- The offer is valid for a limited time only and may be withdrawn or extended at any time.
- There is no limit on how many treatments can be booked; however, payment must be made in full, and our Cancellations and Refunds policy still applies.
- Prior to beginning any skin treatment, clients must inform the team about any skin condition or medical issue and must fill out a complete permission form.
- Clients who miss visits without giving at least 48 hours notice may be refused advanced reservations.
- If our practitioners believe therapy is not suitable for any reason, they are not obligated to treat you.
- If you have read and declined to accept our terms and conditions, no treatment will be offered.
- Customers who are ill-mannered, rude, or aggressive toward any member of staff will be denied service.
